We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Electrical Superintendent to join our construction team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and directing all electrical construction projects from conception to completion. The Electrical Superintendent will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where teamwork and collaboration are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and direct all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review and analyze complex electrical systems and blueprints to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with contractual requirements and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage equipment and material procurement processes.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electrical professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement project schedules, plan and coordinate work stages, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on site management and supervision.
• Proven experience in electrical safety management, construction site management, contract negotiation, budgeting, team leadership, and electrical systems installation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiation.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to manage complex project budgets effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Certification in Electrical Safety Management or a related field is a plus.
