Job Summary
The Employee Benefits Account Management Executive will play a critical role in driving our company's success by developing and implementing high-level employee benefits strategies for our most complex clients. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction to complex clients on contribution strategy, employee engagement, benefits education, underwriting, employee retention, pharmacy benefit management, and plan design.
* Act as the client-facing lead for day-to-day client needs, issue resolution, vendor partner management, and meeting scheduling.
* Collaborate with a client-specific team to ensure all client needs are met.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing leadership role.
* Demonstrated expertise in working with large, complex, strategic clients.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team structure.
* Experience in building, fostering, and advancing relationships with primary client contacts.
* Flexibility to be present, on-site, and in-person at client meetings in New England.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of social media platforms.
* Efficient and creative in preparing materials to present to clients.
* Proven experience managing complex employee benefits clients.
* Strong customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Life & Health Producer license. Consulting license preferred.
