We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to work on a variety of complex employment litigation matters. The successful candidate will be involved in high-profile cases, providing expert advice and legal representation to our clients. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Handle a variety of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour disputes, employee relations issues, and ADA compliance.
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of employment law issues.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative and effective ways.
- Maintain current knowledge of changes in employment law and advise clients accordingly.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, wage & hour disputes, employee relations issues, and ADA compliance.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of complex litigation.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
