- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within roads and highways.
- Familiarity with Microstation software.
