Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and engage customer prospects through cold calling, identifying leads, and other innovative sales strategies.
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold-calling and email marketing.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and coaching sessions.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Participate in on-the-job training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
- No experience required, but a Bachelor's Degree
- Willingness to do cold calling and identifying leads.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
