Salary $130,000 - $160,000 per year

We are working with a national, multidisciplinary law firm with over 200 attorneys nationwide that is seeking an experienced Environment & Energy Associate Attorney to join their team in New York!

Locations Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, or Saratoga Springs

Base salary $130k-$160k/year bonus (flexible depending on years of experience)

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in environmental and energy matters, including in front of administrative bodies.
• Handling permitting, regulatory compliance, diligence, and transactional matters related to energy and environmental sectors.
• Conducting litigation in relevant fields including handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and electronic discovery.
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with environmental and/or energy matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
