About the Job:
We are seeking an Environmental Compliance and Safety Specialist to join our team at Jobot. In this role, you will oversee the administration and monitoring of health, safety, security, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations.
As an Environmental Compliance and Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will also provide training and guidance to managers and employees on workplace safety practices, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for the degree).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, testing, quality assurance, and material handling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local and state regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
