Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated KPI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into production metrics
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to forecast production trends and identify optimization opportunities
- Present analytical findings to senior management with clear, actionable recommendations
- Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map current processes and design future-state workflows
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new workflows and system processes
- Design and implement process improvements that enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years ERP experience, end to end
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
