Estate and Trust Manager needed in Reno, NV for full time role. You can work from home up to 3 days per week in this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized tax advice to clients on trust and estate taxation, wealth transfer strategies, and philanthropic planning, employing advanced techniques for effective wealth management.
- Oversee and review the preparation of tax returns for trusts, estates, and gifts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor staff, offering guidance in professional development, resolving technical challenges, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations for assigned team members and manage ongoing employee performance and development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating professionalism, and collaborating with Partners to identify and attract new clients.
- Continuously develop expertise in the firm's key industries by attending relevant training sessions and actively seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
