We are looking for Attorney to join our dynamic firm located in Annapolis (by the Waterworks Park). This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are either experienced in Trusts and Estates work OR are looking to get into the practice area. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing legal advice to our clients on estate planning and trusts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Trust and Estates Attorney role should possess the following

• A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience as a practicing Attorney with a background in Trusts and Estates, Real Estate, Family Law, Business Law, Tax Law, and more.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
