- Provide expert legal counsel to clients on a wide variety of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex estate planning documents and instruments.
- Advise clients on the tax implications of their estate planning decisions and strategies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client advice and case preparation.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings and before tax authorities.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state estate and gift tax laws.
