Job Details
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients
- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
- Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Conduct legal research on estate planning issues and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients
- Attend client meetings and communicate legal advice in a clear and concise manner
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate planning matters
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 4 years of experience in estate planning, including trust and estate planning
- Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client service
