As a Heavy Civil Earthworks and Underground Estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates on Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil projects, with an emphasis in Underground Utilities and Mass Excavation for Hard Bid, Design-Build, and Public and Private projects. DOT!

Job Details
As a Heavy Civil Earthworks and Underground Estimator, you will be responsible for developing estimates on Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil projects, with an emphasis in Underground Utilities and Mass Excavation for Hard Bid, Design-Build, and Public and Private projects. DOT!
The Construction Underground Estimator position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to
- Project selection
- Take-offs
- Estimating the project from cradle to grave
- Bid submission
- Budget preparation
- Project risk analysis
- 5 years’ experience in Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil construction, estimating underground (Storm Drain, Sewer and Water) and earthworks
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Exposure to DOT Construction Estimating
- Knowledge of HCSS or Bid2Win software
