- Case management: Provide litigation support to multiple attorneys for real estate, condemnation, eminent domain, and other general civil litigation matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, real estate transactions documents, motions, and subpoenas
- Conducting legal research on real estate laws, zoning regulations, property disputes, and other relevant issues
- Ensuring compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and other legal obligations
