Job Details
Responsibilities
- Managing family law cases from beginning to end, including divorce, child custody, child support, and other related issues.
- Providing legal advice to clients concerning family law matters, ensuring they are well-informed of their rights and options.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting cases in a persuasive manner to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
- Experience in family law, with a proven track record in handling divorce, child support, and custody cases.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation, understanding the sensitive nature of family law matters.
