- 35 patient hours and 5 administrative hours per week

- NO nights, major holidays, or weekends
- Education FNP/Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA
- Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required
- Licensure Hold a valid license in the State of Indiana
- Current DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority post-hire
- Certification Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP or Physician Assistant certification from NCCPA
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience 2 years of clinical experience as an NP/PA in the primary care setting
- Previous experience working in a Community Health Center is preferred but not required
