Responsibilities:
As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key duties include:
1. Conducting regular patient check-ups, diagnosing any ailments, and managing chronic diseases.
2. Performing minor surgeries and procedures as needed.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
4. Documenting patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
5. Educating patients and their families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.
6. Developing and implementing patient management policies and procedures.
7. Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in the medical field.
8. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
2. Board certification in Family Medicine.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Family Physician or General Practitioner.
4. Current, valid state medical license.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to patient care.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients and their families.
7. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
8. Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating respect and cooperation with colleagues.
10. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
