Are you passionate about Agriculture? with a love for fieldwork and research? We are seeking a Consulting Field Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position will play a pivotal role in our Agriculture department, providing valuable data and insights to help drive our business decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data related to our financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to combine your skills in finance, accounting, and field research to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities :
Conduct extensive fieldwork to collect, analyze, and interpret Agriculture data
Prepare detailed data sheets and field notes to document findings and insights.
Apply knowledge of plant science and crop tagging to support research initiatives.
Work closely with the accounting and Agriculture team to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
Use data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts based on field data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection methods and improve overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to data collection.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Entomology, Agronomy, Plant Sciences, Biology, Ecology, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Agriculture industry.
Proficiency in data collection, data sheets, field notes, plant science, and crop tagging.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
