Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed financial analyses and delivering insights on business performance, market trends, and financial risks.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and comparing them against actual results to identify variances.
- Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision-making.
- Collaborating with various teams to understand and analyze key business drivers.
- Presenting financial findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
- Participating in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years finance/accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
