Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of cost accounting, and a deep understanding of the Automotive Industry. This is a permanent position with an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making purposes
- Perform cost accounting and develop cost models for various products and services
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business decisions
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for capital investments, pricing decisions, and cost reduction initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Cost Accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
