Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of cost accounting, and a deep understanding of the Automotive Industry. This is a permanent position with an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making purposes
• Perform cost accounting and develop cost models for various products and services
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for business decisions
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for capital investments, pricing decisions, and cost reduction initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Cost Accounting
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
