Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance, risk, and profit/loss analyses, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Use Oracle financial software to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements, track expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Provide financial advice to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated expertise with Oracle or similar financial software.
- Prior experience in the engineering industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
