Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial actions of the company, ensuring business growth through directing and managing business performance and planning. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
- Report financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.
- Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven track record of success.
- Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, and strategy.
