We're looking for a Fleet Manager who thinks beyond vehicles—someone who sees logistics, safety, and cost-effectiveness as a winning strategy!
What You'll Own and Optimize
Fleet Strategy Operations Oversee procurement, maintenance, and lifestyle management
Performance & Cost Control Maximize fuel efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize costs
Regulatory Compliance Stay ahead of DOT, state, and Federal regulations
Technology & Telematics Leverage tools like Geotab, Holman, and GPS systems to track and improve fleet performance
Leadership & Partnerships Work closely with vendors, insurance providers, and internal teams to create a seamless, high-performing fleet
What You'll Bring to the Driver's Seat
Fleet leadership Experience 3-5 years in management or Fleet Coordinator role
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, logistics, and regulatory compliance
Experience with Fleet management Technology Bonus points if you know Geotab or Holman
Budget Management Smart savings fuel better operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, logistics, transportation, or a related field
