Job Title: Foodservice Sales Representative - East Region
About Us:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Foodservice Sales Representative to join our team in the North East Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the retail consumer packaged goods (CPG) food sector.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals in the East Region.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
- Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.
- Responsible for the successful launch of new products in the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in foodservice sales, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in territory development and regional sales.
- Strong knowledge of syndicated data, key accounts, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Demonstrated experience in sales performance analysis and new product launches.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Chinese, Mandarin, or Korean.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
