Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our CTO to design, build, and launch our platform from the ground up.
- Define and implement foundational system architecture, selecting key technologies for the codebase.
- Champion user experience by incorporating a deep understanding of our users into product design decisions.
- Drive the delivery of V1 of Serval, executing on our technical and product roadmap.
- Establish engineering best practices, standards, and processes to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proven experience with zero-to-one development: building new products or systems from scratch.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively across functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
