* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 5 years of experience in a flavor or ingredient sales role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
* Experience in the food industry, specifically working with flavors or ingredients, is essential
* Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, as this will be the main language used in this role
* Availability to travel as needed
* Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
