Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the enrollment process for HIPP eligible Medicaid patients and qualified family members onto employer-sponsored health insurance
- Foster strong relationships with employers via regular communication to increase enrollment rates
- Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is available for state applications
- Provide expert guidance to employees in obtaining, understanding, and completing benefit and enrollment materials
