We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Maintenance Sales Rep. This role is a key position within our organization, responsible for the sale of preventative maintenance contracts for HVAC systems within the commercial sector. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in the industry, an in-depth understanding of mechanical systems, and a strong ability to manage accounts and build client relationships. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for profitable maintenance sales growth within the commercial sector.
• Identify potential new clients, understand their needs, and present tailored HVAC maintenance solutions that meet their requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand the technical aspects of HVAC systems and provide accurate information to clients.
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all client interactions are logged and updated in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and the regulatory environment to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team, highlighting trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC or related engineering industry.
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on maintenance contracts within the commercial sector.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, specifically HVAC systems.
• Exceptional account management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close sales contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems and other sales-related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required to meet with clients.
