- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with HVAC systems, refrigeration/freezer units, and related equipment.
- Install, replace, and start-up HVAC & refrigeration equipment using mechanical drawings and instructions.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and service on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
- Maintain and repair electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems throughout buildings and facilities.
- Work on chillers, boilers, generators, pumps, compressors, motors, fans, belts, and more.
- Proficient in electrical maintenance and repair on equipment with voltage up to 480v.
- Maintain, operate, and perform testing on fire/life safety and emergence power systems.
- EPA Certification & Texas Journeymen’s License or Associates Degree in HVAC required.
