We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HYBRID Litigation Paralegal to join our high-performing legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation cases, regulatory compliance, and environmental law matters. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing both electronic and paper case files, reviewing documents, preparing reports and assisting attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Familiarity with casepoint, relativity, and litigation support is a plus. A background in environmental law is a plus, as well as strong skills in legal research and e-discovery. A bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities
- Manage electronic and paper case files effectively and efficiently.
- Review and analyze legal documents, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Prepare reports for attorneys based on case specifications and attorney requests.
- Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR.
- Utilize casepoint and relativity for document management and review.
- Draft FIOA requests and manage responses.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide litigation support during all phases of the litigation process.
- Stay updated on environmental law and regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Experience in environmental law is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in managing electronic and paper case files.
- Strong ability to review and analyze legal documents.
- Experience in preparing detailed and accurate reports.
- Proven track record of assisting attorneys in depositions, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and ADR.
- Familiarity with casepoint and relativity is a plus.
- Experience in drafting FIOA requests.
- Strong legal research skills and proficiency in e-discovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
