We are looking for a HYBRID Practice Leader Construction Management to join our team in Santa Ana! You will lead construction operations, build and maintain client relationships, and drive business development in partnership with the local Orange County Construction Management Team to support the growth and expansion of our presence in Southern California.

Job Details
We are looking for a HYBRID Practice Leader Construction Management to join our team in Santa Ana! Responsibilities And Job Duties
Education/Requirements
- 15 years of experience in construction management or project management, with a focus on transportation projects
- Someone who has performed Construction Management on a Highway or Bridge Project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
- Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California
- Caltrans Right of Way experience
- Proven ability to write winning proposals and deliver compelling client presentations
- Demonstrated success in leading efforts to secure new work
