Responsibilities

As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, your main responsibilities will include

• Maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to avoid potential breakdowns and to extend their lifespan.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand machine and equipment layouts and to plan repair and maintenance tasks effectively.
• Responding promptly to emergency breakdown situations and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and production staff to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Complying with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex machinery and equipment malfunctions.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
