Our client, a global manufacturing firm, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join its growing team.

1. Overseeing the maintenance and repair of all industrial machinery and equipment in our facility.
2. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
3. Managing and supervising the maintenance team, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
4. Collaborating with other department managers to optimize production and improve overall operational efficiency.
5. Identifying and resolving issues with hydraulics and 480V systems.
6. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to assess their working condition.
7. Managing budgets related to the maintenance department, including procurement of spare parts and equipment.
8. Staying updated with latest industrial maintenance best practices and technologies.
Job Details
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
2. Proven expertise in hydraulics and 480V systems.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in an industrial environment.
5. Ability to develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
8. Certification in Industrial Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
