We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic team focused on growing the Aftermarket business segment. This exciting role offers the chance to make a significant impact by driving revenue through spare, replacement, and upgrade parts solutions.

Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic team focused on growing the Aftermarket business segment. This exciting role offers the chance to make a significant impact by driving revenue through spare, replacement, and upgrade parts solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, using both inbound and outbound calls to grow our portfolio and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel by identifying new prospects and expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and outside sales teams to uncover cross-sell opportunities and develop new product applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels, including phone and live chat.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their current and future needs, offering solutions to help them succeed.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on quotes, and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to offer customers accurate and relevant information.
  • Contribute to team success through various other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (D365 experience is a plus).

Bonus Points

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of systems integration and process analytics is a plus.
