Job Description:
In this role, the Patient Access Representative will be responsible for enrolling HIPP eligible Medicaid patients and other qualified family members onto employer sponsored health insurance. This includes communicating with employers, policy holders, third party administrators, employee benefit portals, and insurance brokers to ensure accurate and timely enrollment. Additionally, the Patient Access Representative will assist employees with obtaining, understanding, and completing benefit and enrollment materials by working closely with their employer and/or benefit administrator.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
