We are looking for a talented attorney with approximately 5 years of experience in insurance litigation to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and substantial litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Handle complex insurance litigation matters, focusing on first-party, third-party, and insurance coverage cases
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on case management
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 5 years of insurance litigation experience
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Strong academic record
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in first-party insurance litigation
- Familiarity with Florida insurance laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
