We are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex legal matters in the Insurance Defense Litigation sector. The ideal candidate will be an Associate Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience, possessing a strong passion for the legal field, a commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of insurance law and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities
As an Insurance Defense Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include
- Representing insurance companies and their policyholders in civil litigation matters involving personal injury, bad faith, and property liability.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and legal considerations.
- Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients and advising them on their legal rights and obligations.
- Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making legal arguments to judges and juries.
- Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients and their cases.
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney, specifically in personal injury defense, bad faith, and property liability.
- Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal disputes.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex legal concepts.
- High degree of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
