We are working with a boutique Intellectual Property law firm based in Nashville, TN that is seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join the team!
Location Nashville, TN (just blocks away from Music Row on Broadway)
Salary Range $195k-$220k/year base salary performance-based bonuses
Schedule 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

We are looking for a Registered Patent Attorney with 2-5 years of prosecution and or IP litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be a registered patent attorney with a degree and experience in either electrical engineering, computer technology, or mechanical engineering.
- Must be registered with the USPTO
- Managing and prosecuting patent applications in various technical fields such as electrical engineering, software, and mechanical engineering
- Providing counsel on patent - and trademark - related matters including litigation, licensing, and portfolio management
- Drafting patent and trademark applications, responses to office actions, and other related documents
- Work to understand client’s technologies and offer strategic advice regarding intellectual property development, enforcement, and monetization.
- How many years of experience do you have in IP/Patent law prosecution?
- Do you have experience in either electrical engineering, computer technology, or mechanical engineering. Please explain.
