Job Details
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California and/or New York
- 2 years of Hatch Waxman Litigation
- Strong background in Pharmaceutical Patent Law
- Degree in the Sciences is strongly preferred (Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- Experience with drafting briefs and involvement in all phases of fact & expert discovery
- Life Sciences/Related Field
