Job Details
This is not a role where you’re just pushing paper. As an IP Patent Paralegal/Specialist, you’ll be at the center of patent prosecution, managing docketing, coordinating USPTO filings, and handling foreign filings. You’ll assist in everything from assignments to legal research—ensuring patents stay protected and everything runs smoothly.
You’ll be working on
📌 Filing and tracking U.S. and international patents
📌 Managing deadlines for renewals, annuities, and oppositions
📌 Drafting patent assignments, license agreements, and related documents
📌 Researching patent rights, databases, and national/international legal frameworks
You should bring
✔ 2 years of patent experience (law firm experience preferred)
✔ Strong USPTO, docketing, and foreign patent knowledge
✔ Proficiency in Word, Excel, Lexis/Nexis, and docketing systems
✔ A problem-solving mindset—able to work independently and efficiently
