Job Summary
The IT Audit Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our IT risk management program. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate IT risks, identifying areas of improvement and developing recommendations to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct audits and reviews of IT systems, processes, and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and audit committees.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, auditing, IT risk management, or a related field.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience with IT, data analytics, and computer science.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex IT audit issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
