Job Description:

As a Hardware Support Engineer (Network Servers), you will be responsible for:

• Providing first-class technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
• Performing hardware repairs and upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal system performance.
• Administering, maintaining, and monitoring servers to ensure their security, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement IT solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

To be considered for the IT Hardware Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer position, you must have:

• A current/active TS/SCI security clearance with full-scope polygraph.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role, with a focus on network hardware support, hardware repair, and server administration.
• Proficiency in escalation support and providing high-level technical support.
• CompTIA Security certification.
• A strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
