Our client, a global firm, is seeking an IT Quality Operations Analyst to join its growing team. Hybrid / onsite !

1. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
2. Develop and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
3. Utilize Prophet 21 to manage and optimize business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving the implementation of strategic solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
5. Monitor system performance and generate regular reports on operational metrics and trends.

7. Provide technical support and training to end-users, improving system usability and user satisfaction.

Job Details
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of five years of experience in IT operations, system analysis, or a related field.
2. Experience with SQL and Prophet 21 or equivalent software highly preferred.
3. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
6. A strong understanding of financial and accounting processes and systems.
7. The ability to work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments and levels of the organization.
8. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
9. A dedication to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices, ensuring the secure and compliant management of company data.
