Responsibilities
- Oversee all company accounts and investments, ensuring all financial operations are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and board members.
- Analyze financial data to identify our company’s financial status and performance.
- Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all financial regulations.
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Develop strategies to improve financial performance and minimize risk.
- Implement and manage financial systems and software, such as SAP and Power BI.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to management.
- Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or higher would be a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus, not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Accounting Finance industry.
- Proficient in using financial software like SAP and data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including creating spreadsheets, using advanced formulas, and creating financial reports.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a strategic focus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
