- Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and non-compete disputes
- Handle all phases of litigation as first-chair, including strategy, depositions, motion practice, trial prep, and courtroom litigation
- Appear in both state and federal courts across a variety of employment law disputes
- Manage case deadlines, client communications, and litigation workflow
- Provide counsel on employment law compliance and litigation risk management
- J.D. and licensed to practice in Florida
- Minimum 7 litigation experience, including at least 4 years as first-chair
- Experience or strong background in employment-related disputes and courtroom advocacy
- Strong background in federal and state employment litigation, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage issues
- Proven ability to manage full litigation cycle, develop strategy, and lead trial
