Requirements
- 5 years of civil engineering experience, land development projects, PE or on track to obtain it
- AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency
- Site planning, design & engineering of land development projects
- Grading, water distribution, roadways, stormwater calculations & utilities for residential, commercial, retail, institutional & recreational facilities
- Design multi-acre retail, commercial & residential development including due diligence, permitting, and limited contract administration
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
- Research City, State & Federal codes
- Other duties include estimating, scheduling, coordinating, etc.
