Our client is searching for a Land Use Attorney for their Seattle office. Four years or more of Washington land use experience is needed. A bit more about the role is below.
High-Impact Work Represent a diverse clientele, from local developers to national corporations, on a wide range of land use matters. Engage in challenging projects involving feasibility analysis, complex permitting processes, regulatory monitoring, and government relations.

A Washington State Bar
Minimum Of Four Years Of Washington Land Use Experience.
Strong understanding of land use regulations and permitting processes.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
