Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban planning, site civil design, land development
- Current or ability to obtain professional landscape architecture or civil engineering licensure
- Project management & tasks ranging from detailed planting design to large-scale community master planning
- Projects/clients are public & private sector such as park and recreation facilities, educational facilities and other municipal projects, streetscapes and transportation corridor planning, residential and mixed-use, and commercial/industrial site development
- Prepare site plans, specifications & cost estimates for land development, coordinating arrangement of existing & proposed land features/structures
- Compile and analyze data on conditions, such as location, drainage, and location of structures for environmental reports and landscape plans
