- Lead the development of machined part fabrication including materials, programming, tooling, simulation, setup, inspection and execution
- Oversee daily activities of department machinists ensuring output
- Lead MasterCAM program development
- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or a vocational/technical school degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of twelve years machining experience required
- Minimum of ten years CNC programming
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
