- Lead and coordinate CNC machining operations to meet production deadlines.
- Program and operate CNC mills and lathes with Mastercam.
- Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize CNC machines and tooling.
- Manage raw materials, tool inventory, and production scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and industry standards.
- Train and mentor machinists to enhance technical skills and efficiency.
- 5 years of CNC machining experience (Aerospace/Defense preferred).
- Expertise in Mastercam programming (Required).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprints, and material machining (Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass, Phenolic).
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work hands-on and train team members.
- High school diploma/GED required; technical certifications a plus.
